Moray Council Approval

The draft Cooper Park Masterplan was reported to Moray Council for decision to ensure that the Council as custodians of the park are aware of proposals and once the final Masterplan is approved, it will become an adopted planning guidance and must be taken into consideration in decision making.

Moray Council agreed the draft Masterplan and draft Delivery Plan for an 8 week consultation at their meeting on 30th September 2026.
