Moray Council invited parents, carers and families in September 2025 to share their views on Early Learning and Childcare (ELC) as part of its duty to consult and plan services.

The online survey gathered feedback on families’ experiences of using funded hours for eligible two- to five-year-olds, preferences around flexibility of hours, the types of childcare available, and how easy or difficult the application process was to navigate.

The results of the ELC consultation are now available and can be viewed here.
