The questionnaire should take around 5-10 minutes to complete. Most questions ask you to choose an answer from a list, with a couple of opportunities to give more feedback, if you’d like.
When you submit this form, it will not automatically collect your details like name and email address unless you provide it yourself because you want us to contact you.
What you tell us will not affect the support you receive now or in the future. Your social worker will not see your individual answers.
We look at everyone's feedback together to identify what's working well and where we can improve. Social work teams will use what you tell us to help shape their improvement plans.
Every three months, we'll publish a "You said, we did" summary on the Moray Engage website. This will show the overall results, the main themes from the feedback and the changes we're making as a result.
