The draft Hillside Farm (Dufftown) Masterplan, developed by Collective Architecture, is the first phase in a partnership approach by the Dufftown and District Community Association (DDCA) and Moray Council to deliver affordable housing on the R1 Hillside Farm development site in Dufftown. Community drop-in events in 2023 helped shape the masterplan and information on these events can be found in the widgets to the right.
As part of the Moray Growth Deal's £7.5m Housing Mix Delivery project, which is funded by Moray Council and the Scottish Government, and following approval by the Planning & regulatory Services Committee on 5 March 2026, the draft masterplan is subject to public consultation, including a drop-in event. Responses will be reported to a future meeting of the Committee for consideration along with the final masterplan for approval.
