Housing Service Satisfaction Surveys
You may have been invited to take part in one of our Housing Service satisfaction surveys. We use a range of surveys throughout the year to understand your experience and improve our services.
Some surveys are open to all tenants, such as our Tenant Satisfaction Survey, which is carried out every three years by an independent consultant. While all tenants can take part, a representative sample of around 1,500 tenants is surveyed in line with the Scottish Housing Regulator’s guidance.
Other surveys are more targeted and are designed to gather feedback about a specific service. For example, temporary accommodation or the experience of new tenants.
Below you’ll find links to current surveys. Please note that some surveys are only relevant to tenants in particular circumstances. Where this is the case, we'll usually contact you direct and invite you to take part.
Please only complete a survey if it applies to you, as this helps us get the most useful feedback.
