This survey is your chance to tell us what being a young carer is really like. There are no right or wrong answers. You can skip questions if you want and only share what you feel comfortable with.
What you tell us will help Health & Social Care Moray and local services understand how to make things better or young carers like you.
We have two surveys – one for young people aged 12–18 and one for young people under the age of 12.
