Library Proposed Opening Hours

New Library Opening Hours – March 2026

Thanks to staff and the local community for engaging in the recent consultation on the new library opening hours for the 11 branches across Moray.  We received over 850 responses from the public survey on the new hours.  Based on the staff and public feedback we have made 5 changes to the original proposal shared back in December across the 11 branches.  The new opening hours will commence on Mon 30^th March 2026 and the new opening hours for Buckie will be as follows;

Buckie - change Friday to 10am-2pm based on staff and public feedback.
