Registering helps us develop a deeper understanding of our community and the feedback we receive so we can make decisions that benefit everyone.

Moray Council has a legal duty under the Equality Act 2010 to consider the impact of all its strategic, policy, procedural and operational decisions. The Council use what is called an Integrated Impact Assessment to help identify any impacts our decisions may have on protected groups. This helps us make sure we deliver fair and inclusive services.
