Nine of the 15 applicants have been awarded a share of £133,000 from the Coastal Communities Fund which supports projects that improve facilities, encourage tourism, and help protect Moray’s coastal environment.

Although all the projects were worthwhile and received many votes, unfortunately demand for the limited available funds exceeded the level of funding available. We sincerely appreciate the time and effort every applicant invested in developing their project proposal and understand that this news will be disappointing for some.
