The current Moray Community Safety Strategy runs until 2026. We are now asking people from across Moray to share their views to help shape our new Strategy for 2026–2030. You can take part through local focus groups (dates to be announced) or through one of our online surveys.

The survey below is the first part of our community safety consultation, and further questions may be asked separately in the future.

Over time, the idea of “community safety” has grown and become more complex. Community safety is about helping everyone to be safe and feel safe—at home, in their neighbourhood, at work, and when out and about. It focuses on improving people’s quality of life and links to wider issues that help make communities strong, inclusive and resilient. This includes the impact of our social, economic and physical environment on people’s wellbeing.
