Although our play equipment meets BSEN1176 and1177 the lifespan of play area equipment and surfacing will vary depending upon many factors including: 

• types of materials the equipment is constructed with
• levels of use
• vandalism
• ground conditions, and 
• geographical location  

Greenwards play park was assessed as being at the end of its life.

The current timeline for the play park installation to be completed is before the 31st of March 2027.  Once a successful supplier has been identified we will be able to confirm this date.
