In Moray, we’re working together to make it easier for everyone to live a healthy life. Our Whole Systems Approach to improving Healthy Weight brings people, communities, and organisations together to tackle the bigger picture not just individual choices, but the environment and circumstances that shape them.
The Moray Whole Systems Approach to Improving Healthy Weight is a key priority within:
Scotland’s Population Health Framework.

This approach is:
• Collaborative: Everyone has a role to play.
• Holistic: Looking beyond diet and exercise to include housing, work, education, and community support.
